Return/Refund Policy

Our company does not offer refunds on treats that have been opened or eaten. We will in fact remake an order if you find yourself not getting the flavor you requested. If you order A big batch or small personal orders please read the descriptions of the product very carefully. We do not offer refunds on orders that were ordered by accident, nor do we offer refunds on orders that you have had for more than 2 days due to the fact that it is food. We inspect every item before it is sent out and we take a photo of the items when they are packaged. So ,if you have a complaint about the item, we will ask that you provide proof of your issue. If you state that your package is damaged, please send us a picture or video of the packaging and our team will go over the evidence. We will find your order in our database of photos and compare the evidence you provided with that of what we have. If you have an allergies, please make sure you are carefully reading the ingredients listed on our business site. If you bought an item and you later realise that the item you purchased contains something that you are allergic to, we will not refund you but, we understand that mistakes happen. So, we will provide you with a one time discount code for a future order you make with our company.

Shipping

Orders are handled through a third party delivery services. For party orders or samples please contact us via chat, email, or text with your confirmation number and name, then we can deliver your order ourself (In Rochester,NY area only) . For orders out of Rochester, NY they will go through our third party delivery service.
